Delivery
We only process your order during business days, from Monday to Friday; but we ship from Monday to Saturday (orders confirmed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day).
All confirmed orders (through ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT‘ menu) will be processed on the following day.
It takes 1-2 working days to process your order before we send it to shipping company.
We will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment.
If you confirm on (starting from 00.01 am), your order will be processed on Monday of the next week. Note that our order process contains of checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.
We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order ID, unfortunately, no combined-orders possible for shipment.
We use J&T Shipping Company (http://www.jtexpress.co.id) for shipping to all cities in Indonesia.
Returns Information
You have 14 days to return or exchange your items
1. Sign in to your MIROIR account and select the order number from which you would like to return or exchange
2. You will receive an email confirmation containing your return instructions
3. Once confirmed, please send the package to:

Important Information
– All exchanges are subject to availability
– All exchanges are sent to you without shipping cost
– Please make sure Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same – packaging that Miroir used to send the goods
– Product exchanges only applied to products with manufactory defect
